Complaint Review: Nina Raab

I had a major herniated disc two years ago and was laid up for 6 weeks in extreme pain.
After the herniation alleviated and some extensive physical therapy which took almost 8 months I started to look for a one on one yoga instructor for when I travel on business to Orange County.
I found Nina via the Internet and contacted her about long term sessions to help me become somewhat proficient at yoga as a way to help increase my core strength.
I told her I was less than a year into recovery from a herniated disc and she took great pains to teach me moves and poses that would help me increase core strength and protect my herniated disc.
I reviewed the list with my M.D. And Chiropractor and both were very pleased with the list and encouraged me to continue with the excersizes.
Nina is a true professional and I believe the complaint by Dave in Costa Mesa is an attempt to slander Nina for some personal reason.

Is it too much to ask to see your cannons?  I have so many guys that'll pay anything to sign up to your classes if we can just see those big cannons.

I don't know who this "Nina" is, but based on her picture, she's smokin' hot and I want to sign up to classes myself!  Whoever the clown is that submitted this report is nothing more than a vagina.  This girl did not "force" you to do Yoga, dork.  You probably also live with your mommy.

My name is Nina Raab.  I have just come across this "DAVID" client I have NEVER had.  This is what I am going to do:  First, David, provide copy or proof of our association.  I have never had a client named David.  I am insured.  If that falsehood you claim would have happened my insurance would have paid.  Where did I train you? Where are the receipts that you indeed paid me?  Where is the evidence?  Oh-yeah, we are never going to see any because this is a bunch of MALARKEY! Second: I will request author information be divulged to me for a lawsuit against the author and, possibly, the company the author represents. You see, the only David from Costa Mesa that I know is an assistant manager where I work-at a law firm.  I only work with a handful of yoga/training clients and have always had amazing relationships with them and NEVER once a complaint. David from the office, if this is you, I will sue you and the company you represent. You are in a managerial position, so if and when your identity is provided to me by Ripoff Report, I will bring the case in front of the Labor Board and I will also pursue defamation and libel cases against you personally. Keep in mind your job will be history if and when it is revealed you are harassing employees on the Internet because they knock you off the top position in office production. In the meantime, since you need all this back surgery and I "forced" you into yoga poses (what kind of man are you? A 5 foot 3 in 107 lb woman "forced" you to throw out your back?  GROW UP!) you may show us your doctor's assessment, your REAL name (coward...) and whatever it is you need to SHOW THE FACTS (which are nonexistent).   

And, by the way people, the only David from Costa Mesa I know -one look at him will make it very clear this human being -if you can call "human" someone who makes up stories and tries to damage decent people's reputations with cowardly online "venues" -has never seen the inside of a gym.  As far as this website is concerned, I see it's already trying to sell me a $2k mediation "process".  Lucky me! When I never associated myself with this site for ANYTHING-just to respond to some wanna-be-man's cowardly,petty, pathetic attempts at hurting the "competition".  See you in court you pathetic fool.

This is Nina Raab's daughter, Emily. I can't believe that a man would try to ruin the reputation of my mom, who has 2 daughters to take care of. I know all my mom's clients, and she has never had any complaints OR trained anyone named David from Costa Mesa. In fact, she has very good relationships with all her clients. It's shocking to me that someone would just make something like this up and potentially ruin my mother's reputation as a yoga teacher. I know my mom is very determined, and she doesn't back out of a fight. David: you have no idea what you've gotten yourself into.
