I requested a free trial of the NinePlus supplement from AgeForce. First of all, I never received the product. I was charged $57.90 by AgeForce, in April 2009, and contacted their customer service department, 1-866-809-8996. I told them that I wanted a refund of my money, but they told me that I had to ship back the supplements, and pay for it, and give them a tracking number from the US Post Office, then I would be given a refund. Well, how can I ship back a product that I never received??? The customer service representative told me that there was nothing that could be done, even though I never received these supplements. I was told that my complaint would be forwarded to "Corporate"... Never heard from them, whoever they are. I also contacted AgeForce directly, 305-692-8609, and was redirected to the customer service number above. This is a major issue, and this company is a fraud.
