This was the worst car purchase experience ever.  This dealership lacks professionalism.  Effective communication and quality control procedures are also practically nonexistent.  It took more than six months to have a promised low jack installed, and the paint and fabric sealer applied - even with bringing the car in for service more than 5 times to have a leaking sunroof checked on the new 2012 Nissan Juke that I purchased from them. 

According to Nissan of Bowie, it is "normal" for moisture to collect in the pan.  However, after every rainfall, "water" collects in the pan and remains for several days even after being serviced.  I have even been told that the pan was bone dry and upon pickup water was very present in the pan.  In addition, I have had to be the recipient of disrespectful statements on several occasions.  The credibility of the "positive" ratings posted on this website is quite questionable, since customers are told to report 5s in every category.
 
If you are into sunroofs that collect "water" in the pan on a consistent basis, love to constantly remind people to do their job, enjoy being disrespected and having your intelligence insulted-by all means go for it.  As for me, I will never do business with this dealership ever again.  Matter of fact, when I shared my experience with a close friend, she informed me that I should have checked with her first before buying from this dealership because it has such a bad reputation.
