Nissan of Greer SCAM - HOME OF THE BOTTOM PRICING - SCAM greer, South Carolina
I have been looking for a new car at a low price in a 2012 Nissan Versa 1.6 s sedan that has been listed to sell for $11,770 at many dealerships. The hard part about this, this is a come on car to entice to come in and then want you to trade up to a more expensive car. I located this car on the internet at the 11,770 price on 6-23-2012 and i called this dealership to make sure it was there of which it was. Again, i went on line on 6-24-2012 and saw it now listed at $9670 for the same car. I called a friend of mine and asked him to drive me there right away to get this car of which he did do so. Being a Sunday, they didn't open until 1pm. We arrived a little early and found the car and then waited for them to open up. Had a nice salesman by the name of buddy and we made out all of the paperwork on this car for me to purchase it and i paid $1000 down for a deposit to hold the car. One big problem with all of this, is that i was told verbally that i DIDN"T QUALITFY for any of the discount's offered on this car. I'am not a college student nor active military and a couple of others. None of this information is posted on the internet nor in there showroom in printed form about these discounts and how they apply to the customer in order to get them. All of this is VERBAL from the SALES MANAGER of which to me as a customer, is 100% wrong in there advertising to get people to come in to buy a car. I did buy the car at the $11,770 price as i did need a new car and at the higher price, you still can't get a new car at this price from another dealer. My complaint is that it would have been a lot better at there lower COME ON PRICE. They also offered a $500.00 DISCOUNT Rewards COUPON that you could print out and take to them to be used any way you wanted. They DIDN'T HONOR that one also. BE VERY AWARE of dealerships like this - BAIT CARS FOR DISCOUNTS isn't so.

to all of those that are reading this posting, i have reached a more than fair agreement with the owner of this company to my satisfaction as of 8/29/2012 and i wish to withdraw my origional complaint against this company. Please feel free to do business at this dealership as all problems can be worked out. thanks mr. jillich

I have been contacted by this dealerships new general manager and according to him, they haven't done anything wrong. They do all of there internet pricing themselfs by there internet manager. Yet they claim that if any errors are made in there internet pricing, they are not responsible for this at all. DOES this make any since to anyone at all??? Google Reviews has 4 postings listed for them and three of these reviews are bad. Dealership and management don't want to own up to there mistakes to correct their errors and to make it right for the customers. Don't do business with this company.

This dealership knows that they are giving the customers Rotten deals on many new cars offered on there lot. They do offer many Discounts on many of there cars and then don't deliver what they promise to you in there showroom and over there internet pricing to there customers. Nothing is shown to you in writing about there discounts and how they apply to you. It is said to you VERBALLY by your salesperson and possibly a sales manager to have you beleive you don't qualify for these offered discoun'ts. This is Deceptive Business Practice at its worse form and you you ever experience this from any dealership, report it to the State Attorneys office or the State of Consumer affairs to put a stop to this illegal form of dealership practice.
