On 12/30/2021, in order to buy Nissan Kicks through internet seller, I went there where I bought that car that I wanted to buy. After test driving and a long, tedious negotiation due to constantly chaging conditions such as changing my rate up to 1.9% from 0.9%, & changing monthly payment from $ 490 to $ 505, etc, finally I e-signed in front of restless finance manager and took my car to home.

However, surprisingly enough, I found strange to pick up two options, valued at $1812.00 (appearance protection) & $399(theft protection) after long reviewing at home, even though I told I did not want to pick up any option because of retired elderly man many tons of times during e-signing and e-signed in front of finance manager. T

Then I tried to contact him for confirmation as soon as the New Year's holiday on 1/3/2022 was ended, but I failed to reach him.  At this point finally I felt I was being deceived , and in addition, above all I don't know exactly how and when to pay my monthly payment. In this case I tried to appeal to other agencies for help.
