I have a 2008 Nissan Titan Crew Cab pickup. About 3 weeks ago I was driving down the street when all of a sudden the overhead console (Lamp Assembly) broke loose and fell and broke, the only thing left holding it were the wires plugged into the lights. I notified Nissan Consumer Affairs who told me to take it to a Nissan dealership and have a Service Advisor look at it. I did this, the Service Advisor told me this happens a lot in both the Titans and the Armadas. They gave me a price of $ 396.79 to replace it. I called Nissan Consumer Affairs to give them the information, they said they would get back to me within 3 days, it actually took a week to hear anything back and I was told that Nissan could not help me because the limited warranty had expired. This is poor workmanship and poor quality that Nissan should be responsible for. Why should I have to pay for their poor quality and workmanship ? Unless fixed properly, it would probably fall again. All I am asking is Nissan stand behind their product and do what is right. They should replace the console and make sure it is fixed properly.

Tyg  I  assume  by  your  misspelling  of  idiot  you  are  a  uneducated  trailer  trash  welfare  person  that  I  am  supporting  by  working  everyday  while  you  watch  the  Jerry  Springer  Show  to  see  if  any  of  your  inbred  cousins  made  it  on  there  yet.  You  do  not  know  me, which  will  never  happen  because  I  have  never  been  to  prison.  I  see  you  want  to  feel  important  by  commenting  on  something  you  know  nothing  about.   To  be  called  a  Scammer by  a  worthless  piece  of  garbage  like  you  means  nothing  to  me.  I cam  sure  it  gets  boring  in  the  trailer  park  while  your  old  lady  is  supporting  you  by  turning  tricks  at  the  truck stop.

I  am  sure  your  mommy  is  very  proud  of  you  and  once  the  DNA  results  come  back  so  she  will  no  which  black  thug  knocked  her  up  she  can  call  them  to  let  them  know  you  finally  learned  to  write.  You  are  amusing,  you  think  what  you  write  matters.  A  litrle  boy  with  little  ambition.  Probably  why  you  are  an  unemployed  loser.  I  had  it  fixed  the  next  day.  Money  is  not  a  problem.  I  have  a  Masters degree  in  education.  Since  you  are  stupid,  I  will  make  it  simple  for  you,  that  means  I  went  to  college.  The  only  way  you  could  go to  college  is  to  deliver  pizzas.  Your  post  made  my  night,  I  bet  my  friends  $  50.00  that  I  can  find  a  total  retard.  They  read  what  you  wrote,  easy  50.00. Keep  up  the  good  work.  One  day  someone  may  find  a  cure  for  stupid.

So by "do right" you mean give you YOUR way? How is that right in any way? Right is not to be defined by a spoiled child. The vehicle is YOURS!!! The company did back their product but it's 6 years later. Do the math idjit!! Take 365 x 8 and that is how long that vehicle has been used. So how you can sit there and demand that they do right by you is just YOU SCAMMING!!! Congratulations you have made mommy so proud of her little SCAMMING Angel......how about you just admit that YOU are too poor or under skilled to replace it yourself. But why would you do that? That would mean YOU would be a responsible adult. And you can't let that happen now can you? Grow up and accept that this is your problem and move on. I personally would wonder who taught YOU this was appropriate behaviour.

"All I am asking is Nissan stand behind their product and do what is right."

They stood behind the warranty that expired three years ago. That's fair.
