Complaint Review: Niteflirt Aka Ingenio Aka Keen

Niteflirt aka Keen aka Ingenio is a pay by the call service that is used as a billing platform for this Pay by the Call system. They have recently made changes on Niteflirt and we, the Independant Contractors are being taken advantage of. The past few weeks they have been experiencing a tremedous amount of problems.

Independant Contractors are paying Niteflirt over 50% of our earnings to use this system. The past few weeks have been horrible. They have changed things and it has completley ruined this system.

We are experiencing massive amounts of dropped calls, incorrect monies in our accounts, paying for clicks that may not have even been clicked. System deducting points for no apparent reason. System changing status on the way calls are recieved, system showing the IC is busy and on a call when in fact we are available. Customer Service ignoring emails and phone calls. Listings taking weeks to be approved, when they specifically state they it will take up to 48 hours. Created a new way to bid that no one can understand. Charging you clicks when people are calling on the telephone and listening to your greetings.
