Nitro Focus NO3 Hit credit card with over $100 before trial even ended Traverse City Michigan
As has been stated by others (wish I had checked this before ordering the trial), Full order was shipped and credit card charged over $100 before I even had a chance to start the trial offer. Then they don't make it easy for you to figure out how to contact them. The only place I could find their contact information was on this Ripoff Report service website. I don't know if the product works or not, but even if it did, I wouldn't order it because of their agressive marketing approach.

I was in the same boat as yourself. After lengthy conversations with a customer service rep and then a supervisor, they finally agreed to refund the $105.75 (I had to fight not to pay the restocking fee) to my account once I returned the product. Upon receiving it, I wrote the given RMA number on it and sent it back via the post office. Over a week and a half later I still hadn't received a refund so I contacted them. They claimed to not have received it and because I didn't get a tracking number, I was at fault and out of luck.
And even if they do receive it, because I wrote "Return To Sender" on the package it made my refund null and void. I was not told to get a tracking number nor not to write return to sender. The customer service rep said "You most surely were because it's written in the notes on your account". I was offered a $50 refund (which I took) because it is a loosing battle with this company but I am still out the other $55. They are downright liars when they say they will refund your money no problem. I have never been treated this way by anyone before or been insinuated to be a liar so many times. I've advised everyone I know to stay away from this company.
