I just had an experience with nitro-focus. The first thing they do is give you the impression that the trial offer cost 3.97 to ship without any obligations. Then I noticed a charge to my card for $129.97 for another bottle of these supplements, of course I did not order. I contacted customer service for a refund. I get a refund for 77.98. I call the company and I am told that they charged me a "restocking fee" of 51 dollars and some change. They then claim it is on the terms and conditions part. Anyway, I told the phone assistant that I was goinh to file a complaint with ripoff report and the BBB. Suddenly, she has a "chat" with her supervisor, and they are refunding the entire amount that I was deceptively charged. In short, do what I did, let them know you have avenues to deal with deceptive business practices; It worked for me. And once the money is reversed to your card, have it destroyed and get a reissued one to protect your finances. If you call, once they have your card number they can access it at any time.
