We had been swimming at Lost Creek Aquatics (LCA) in Lakeway and we were very happy, but wanted to try Nitro in Bee Cave. We wanted to swim in a 2 day a week program as a balance with football and school. Our son tried out on a Saturday and the coach persuaded me to sign up for the 5 day a week program (more expensive) and we would come for 3 classes. I paid over $400 for the registration fees and monthly dues.  We started at the beginning of the season.  


I specifically explained to the coach that our son wanted to be in a class of his peers and be challenged. After the first class, I sent an email to the coach explaining that our son was unhappy with the class and everyone was younger and less experienced than he. The coach assured me that it would be better. We attended 2 more classes that same week and it did not get better.  


I immediately sent an email to withdrawal so we could return to LCA and asked for any refund. Management said they could not return any of my money. So disappointed in the whole experience. We'll never return and I would never recommend Nitro.
