Complaint Description:

Ordered product,which was never received. Used chat twice with customer service who claimed they 'released'the orders&would email tracking-no product. My son worked a summer job for an RC car.Found this product affordable,and ordered on 7/5/14 (order #YHST-14197398381157-294181).Waited a week,no product or shipping info.7/12/14 Used online chat w/nitrorc.com-they claimed there was a 'hold'on the order,&he would 'release'it & email tracking info.(Received an email @sale prices.)Waited a few more days (b/c their buisness hrs conflict w/our working hrs.)7/15/14,re-used chat.Customer Service Rep claimed unsure why it didn't resolve last time.Claimed he also 'released' the 'hold,' & we would receive an email @shipping/tracking. No email received, as he had stated by end of day or next day.

7/22/14, called & reached customer service, she claimed she could 'release' the order, or as I demanded, refund the money. Told her to CANCEL & refund. She claimed I would receive a money refund & EMAIL confirming. Received more sales emails & an email/auto response stating transaction cancelled, & 'there has been no charges made to your credit card.' (However $108 was taken from my debit card 7/7/14.) Tried to call customer service 7/28/14, during there open buisness hrs (& my lunch break,) and was on hold for over an hour. Had to disconnect the call before reaching a person. Have tried the 'ticket' system on Nitrorc.com also, no responses. AT this point, 7/28/14, we have no product (RC Car,) No Refund ($108,) and no valid responses from the company. Filling a complaint seems to be the only resolve, at this point, just to receive a refund.

Your Desired Resolution:

$108 returned to my debit card (for me to return to my son, which is beyond disappointed.) For the company to be held accountable for there poor buisness practices & lack of communciation, problem solving, and false statements with no consequences. NO mediation, (ability to speak with a Supervisor,) I want to prevent another family from this frustration & this unprofessional buisness.
