Complaint Review: NITROSWIM

First, this place used to be very well maintained when we took our kids to the NitroSwim in Cedar Park. Wtf happened in 7 years I don't know but I do know one thing --NItroSwim's Owner Mike Koleber must be doing something WRONG. Having his wife, Tracy Koleber, manage NitroSwim is a mistake. Tracy is a con artist. She repeatedly has scammed DOZENS of members, their families of charging them for things they shouldn't had to have paid. 

Their scheduling and oh rescheduling is AWFUL. Tracy Koleber needs to get a college education or go BACK to college at 45 or however old she is. Looks like 50. She can't manage the center, now they have 2 centers. OH LORD! when you complain they put you on a email with 30 other cc staff members just to make sure they cover their a*. D* ridiculous if you ask me. Oh and their staff isn't the same staff as when you first join, just watch. Week after week coaches change, front desk people change, hell the place needs to CHANGE.

The lessons are so pricey. Tracy and Mike Koleber -where in the f* do you come up with pricing? So you can pay for your kids college education? Are you kids even smart? They sure don't look it. When you go on vacation don't even mention this to Tracy Koleber she'll make sure she charges you DOUBLE. This is such a dealbreaker for us and we used to love going. But now all the staff, coaching staff have such HIGH turnovers we really wonder wtf is going on with NitroSwim.

Having the co-owners wife to manage this place is A BUST! Tracy Koleber is such a DEAL breaker and her cunning ways to overcharge you are scandalous. 

Sooner or later Nitroswim will be OUT OF BUSINESS. So many other clubs to choose from in Cedar Park or Bee Caves or AUSTIN please look elsewhere. These people will run you and your family DRY and out of cash if you don't watch your bills. Watch your credit card statements as Tracy Wilson Koleber is a thief.
