NIUTech, Ontheweb-offer.com deceptive advertising and business practices Ripoff Boca Raton Florida
NIUTech, LLC. promised me a free Apple IPhone in exchange to my participation in 8 offers from the sponsored merchants listed on their website (*see definition of a Sponsor cited from their website's terms and conditions below). The principle is simple you get acquainted with new merchants and try their products, in return, NIUTech, LLC. will send you your free gift. I have completed all 8 offers required for the Apple IPhone in good faith, I have tried all of the products from the merchants on NIUTech's website and followed the terms and conditions that each merchant imposes on their respective offers. However, NIUTech, LLC. refuses to recognize that I have fulfilled the conditions required to get my free gift and refuses to send me my free Apple IPhone. They state that they have revised their terms and conditions for the website on March 1, 2007 and now, not only you're required to fulfill your contractual obligation to each merchant and try/buy their products, you are required to stay with those merchants and continue to buy their services for 60 days in order to qualify for your free gift. Regardless of whether you like/need the products/services of those merchants you are now required to continue to pay for their products/services/memberships if you want to receive your free gift. I find this being a deceptive business practice since the free gift is not really free and requires you to pay for offerings for 60 days in order to get your gift.
