Complaint Review: Niuvella Solutions

Niuvella Solutions Can't find an address They sent me a sample and said it would only cost shipping of $5.95. I ordered the, what I thought was a free sample on 10/14 and received it on 10/20 8 days before the trial ended. When I saw the charges on my credit card, I immediately contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges $103 and $109. 8 days was not enough to perform a 14-day trial. Internet

niuvella solutions sent me what i thought was a free sample at the cost of shipping.  i placed the order on 10/14/17 and received it on 10/20/17.  when I saw the charges on my credit card that i keep tract of online on 11/3 for $103 and $109, and immediately called them on 11/3/17 which was 13 days to the end of what i thought was the trial period. 

they gave me the usual song and dance; but i demanded they remove the charges and they told me i should have notified them to cancel automatic billing within 14 days.  11/3 was 13 days.   

i immediately contacted my credit card company , first national bank, and told them i disputed the charges.  the first national bank pursued it and ultimately decided from the paperwork niuvella sent back that they were valid charges.  there is no address on the customer basic information form to identify their location - there was only a phone number on the order form.  o accused them of scamming; but they refused to give me a refund.
