Nix Construction/ entity Thomas Nix Tom Nix Tommy Nix Scammed 5000 from a single mother of 5 and left her and kids with no roof Nevada Texas
After a tornado damaged our home right after Christmas I was approached by a person who said he could do the work. He got the first check in advance bought sonme materials and only spent less than 8 hours over the course of two days doing almost 50% of the roof. The mortgage company cut him another check now totaling 5000 and he never returned to complete the work. Left my 5 kids and I with half a roof and no money to repair the rest. My house now has water damage and black mold and is ruining by the day. So return my calls or emails and when we did speak he made and inappropriate comment about how I could get him to complete the work.
