NJ Rentals ripoff they have time to take your money no time to talk to you Garwood New Jersey
On 3/28/04 I went on NJ.COM and saw a bunch of apartments listed through NJRentals. I sent an email and got a reply to call them. I spoke to John, he said he had a bunch of 1 -2 bdrm apts in Garwood for under $850.
I went to their "office" and again was told he had a ton of apts in the towns I wanted for my price. After I had to pay $150 I was able to look through the "huge" binders and found NOTHING! I showed Doloris the print out of ads they had on NJ.COM and she told me she had to talk to Sandy about them and would call me.
Sandy has never called me.
I have check NJ.COM everyday and they continue to list these great apts that don't exist. When I call Doloris she tells me she is very busy & will call me back in 10 minutes. No calls from her so I call her again! She has given me 4 listings that where all rented 2 weeks ago, 1 in a wrong town and 1 that is a wrong #, which she insists it is correct.
I have contacted my bank to reverse the charge to my account. I told Vanessa, John & Doloris they are a scam, they insist they are not. What ever you do, Do NOT use these people. Their website - njrentals.net states they have been in business for 30 years, John told me 10 years. Either way they are full of it and only have the time to take your $150 but no time to talk to you or give you the info they advertise that they have.

WE STILL HAVE APARTMENTS IN HER AREA AND HER PRICE RANGE. BUT WE AS A COMPANY THAT DEAL WITH EACH AND EVERY CLIENT WITH KINDNESS AND KNOWING THEY ARE DEPENDING ON US TO FIND THEM SUITABLE HOUSING WILL NOT DEAL WITH CLIENTS WHO HAVE BAD ATTITUDES AND USE FOUL LANGAUGE TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS

I have been a licenced real estate broker in new jersey for 35 years, and have never had a complaint one filed against me! i only deal in apartment rentals and 96% of our clients pick a apartment in less the 7 days. we do stand behind our service!!!!!! we do refund the service fee to clients who do not find a apartment. which is not often!!!!!!! and we did and still do have apartments in garwood for 850 and 900 for two bedrooms and 1 bedrooms for 750. but if the client looking has a eviction and or bad credit these landlords will not except them. and where does kearny come from?????????? we have one office in garwood nj. I STAND BEHIND THIS COMPANY 100% AND WE DO GOOD BUSINESS
