on nov. 17, 2007 I applied for a card from an email sent to me. It was suppose to charge 99$ if approved and I wasnt and wasnt notified that it would come out any way because it wasnt suppose to.

I got notification from my bank and it was overdrafted and they gave me the information of nmb platinum cc appc. and # xx626

I also got charges from my bank the full amt. was 139.19
