On the back side of the card, there is a list of options, certified, first class and bulk. It is marked on the box of first class. It asked to call the toll free 1-800 number stated on the front of the card. Also a tracking number is listed.
It states they are trying to get a hold of me regarding my $2,100,000 sweetstakes entry. It also add, an offer of a discount magazine package after the entry is complete.
