Complaint Review: NME

I received a green postgram from NME (ironic it sounds like enemy) And it stated "we are trying to reach you regarding your $2,100,000 sweepstate entry, please call the number on the reverse of the card. This is a free call" Pat Haines Sales Rep

Thank goodness I decided to check this out online first and found this website, otherwise I might be a victim of this scam too! Is there anyway to stop a company like this?
