NMG c/o JVC North American Membership Group allowed my 12 yr. old grandson to order, they have taken my money twice, they have my bank info ?, Minnesota

On, 10/13/2012, my grandson, who is 12 yrs. old was on the computer.  He saw an ad online for ordering knives.  He thought it might help me in the kitchen, so he placed an order.  He knew where my bank info was and filled in everything.  I didn't know anything until 2 days later when $8.95 was deducted from my bank account.  That's when I got the story of what happened.  I called the company and was told that they couldn't refund my money, that I would have to wait for the knife to arrive and send it back refusing delivery.  The knife has yet to show up and now they have taken another $8.95 out of my bank account because it is the first of the month.  This is supposed to be a series of knives.
