I had the unfortunate experience of helping Clayton build the technology (software) side of his business, No Cost Auto Glass. He paid the first two invoices I sent with no problem. The last invoice I sent for $3500 he is refusing to pay. I am an independent contractor, doing my best to support my wife and four children. This hurts. Clayton is refusing to compensate me for 51 hours of my time.
To dealerships who may be looking at partnering with No Cost Auto Glass, I warn you. Please think twice before working with Clayton and No Cost Auto Glass. Read any agreements very carefully. If you sign, you cannot compete with them in the future. I have heard of dealerships that no longer wanted to work with No Cost Auto Glass and do glass repair on their own. Unfortunately, they could not do it on their own because of the contract they signed with No Cost Auto Glass.
Beware of Clayton Sampson and No Cost Auto Glass/US Miracle Group!

Clayton, I'm sorry. If I could go back in time, I would not publish this report. I was upset and acted brashly. I wish I could undo what I have done. Unfortunately, that is not possible.

Clayton made a lame retaliation attempt at me for filing this report. It shows how childish and absurd his thinking is. HE STILL OWES US MONEY FOR OUR WORK! We offered a $1300 discount followed by a $2600 discount. Both offers have been rejected.
