Complaint Review: No cost glass repair

Well everything i have read on this website is exactly what these scumbag losers did to me. I know someone commented on the punk kid manager. Is it the one that can't talk clearly cuz he has a retainer in his mouth? I am almost 40 yrs old, and he told me he didn't have to do anything for me becuz I was treating him like s**t! Really?

I took my car in for an oil change, mine r expensive becuz I use synthetic, and the next thing u know, I have this little retainer mouth punk a*s convincing me that the tiny little nick in my window, that had been there for 5 yrs, could be fixed in 5 min for free. Sounds good right? when they were done there was an actual amall crack in my window.

When I asked him what the hell is this? He said It's cracked, but not really cracked. HUH? He said it cracked in the carwash that Iv'e used millions of times, but they filled it. The next day I get in my car, and it's cracked halfway across, when I went back the next day, he said no problem, u just have to pay $100.00deductible to replace it. I told him I'm not paying anything. That was when he told me I was treating him like s**t!

I paid it becuz I needed it fixed. I haven't started the process of complaints or repoting yet, but Im going to. Reading some of the other experiences where to call to complain was very helpful! Why haven't we started a class action law suit? And to the owner obviously writing his own reviews? ur and IDIOT!!!! And u can let Dykstra's know when I sue u, I will b sueing them as well, for this whole situation, and that my whole neighborhood who uses them for everything, no longer will b! See u in court buddy!
