In August of 2001 I purchased a Sony Wega TV from Circuit City in Braintree, MA. The set was delivered in September with the wrong remote control.
After numerous calls to the store, e-mails and snail mail to their so-called Customer Support, I have filed a small claims suit against them.
It has been 6 months and no one returns my calls!
No one accepts responsibily, key people don't work there anymore
and nobody wants to deal with the problem.
At one point, a Customer Service person at store 4119 told me that he doesn't talk to his manager because they work different hours therfore had no way of telling him I called!
I have been unable to enjoy the equipment to its full extent because of a lack of Customer Service after sale!
