Complaint Review: No Flame E Cigarette

No Flame E Cigarette I tried their free trial,called within time frame allocated canceled, sent back the trial package as instructed and after some repeatit words telling them that I did'nt want their product MiamiBeach, Florida

I was checking my e-mails when this no flame E-Cigarette came up I clicked on it out of curiosity offer said for $4.95 I'd get this kit complete kit from them no strings, I did ,when I got the kit I only had a 14 day trial then if I did'nt return the it within the 14 day trial then I would be debited or charged like $99.00 and then  after that refills would be sent automatically for $24.95 also billed to my account. I sent it back after 4 days had to argue with the girl on the phone to return it (she kept insisting I keep it and kept lowering the price in order to tempt me to keep it), when she finally understood I was not INTERESTED then I needed some RMA# in order to return it to them,I got the required RMA# wrote it on the outside of the envelope as instructed mailed it back then I get a e-mail saying the RMA# went on the inside and the outside so I called and explained that I had only put it on the outside was told not to stress that it was supposed to be on the outside not inside and out,I sent this back on the first of Feb. on the ninth (today) I get a E-mail reminding me to send back the trial package it only went to Miami I live in Homosassa both are in Florida and it should not take 8 days to  go from my post office to thiers. and I do not plan on paying any more money to them how do I stop them from charging my account with-out paying for a stop payment fees?

Hello,  today I called the No Flame E Cig Company about the charges that they will charge you.  As I explained to them I am not a traditional cigarette smoker any more.  I used to smoke 4 years ago and quit.  I have personal reasons for the E Cigarette and it is doing a phenomenal job.  

When I told them my experience and my financial restraint they worked with me and took a large amount off of the inital $100.00 fee. I experienced a friendly lady with great customer skills.  She was friendly and I found that as long as you treat them the way you want to be treated  they are willing to work with you.

 I use the Menthol and Love it a lot.  I had a friend try it and she loves it as well.  No problems here except she kept calling me sir but that may have been her accent.  I am happy!  Thank You No Flame for working with me so well.
