Complaint Review: No flame e-cigarette

No flame e-cigarette No flame uses the date you order in your 14 day trail. I ordered on a Saturday then it took 5 days to receive, so there is 7 days already out of the 14 days. When you call to cancel they want to give you another 30 day trail but within this time they mail out more filters every 14 days when the cartidges are suppose to be like 2 cartons of cigarettes. I would of been spending more then regular cigarettes. Miami beach Florida

This company is ripping off consumers by using the date you order in your 14 day trail and it takes 5 days to receive. You better open and try as soon as it shows up and then cancel that day. The price they say you will be charged after the 14 days is different for different people. I was charged $99.67 when I was told it would be $79.62 and my husband was charged $109.67. This item does not taste like a real cigarette. It taste like dirt. When you call to cancel they want to give you another 30 days trail, but drill not refund your money and will still be sending more cigarettes very two weeks and charging you for them. I received a call from them and did not see the website, so what I was told was not all correct. Please be very careful if you decide to try this product. There are better ones out there, with better customer service.
