No Flame ECIG Misleading and unclear terms and conditions of Exclusive Starter Kit Miami Beach Florida

I had the exact same experience as the other reports about this company. They have a very misleading webpage and unclear terms and conditions. The webpage doesn't really tell you that you will be enrolled in a membershipt and that you will be charged montly, you have to go to the terms and conditions and read them carefully to find something realted (not very clear either). Also all the ads and publicity are very misleading, they don't even metion trial periods, having to return anything, etc. In my case I realized I was being charged until I received the first montly replacement cartridges. 

I had similar experiences asking for a refund, of at least that first montly package (since I didn't have the trial kit anymore). They intially offered me $40 and another product but I refered to the other reports in this webpage. I literally told them that I red several reports in ripoffreport.com and I knew that other people had gotten full refunds as long as they send the package, and the lady talking to me inmediately went to talk to her supervisor. After that it was easy to get my return code, refund, and cancellation of my account.

I would not recomend at all buying from this company, it ends up being more expensive that other better quality e-cigs. The product is actually really bad. From my experience these had been the worst e-cigs that I've tried.
