Complaint Review: NO Joanne Robinson

I recently had an apt with nurse Joanne Robinson to get referrals to a couple specialists. She asked if I wanted a pelvic and breastfeeding exam. I told her no more than once because I just had a beast exam a few months before that and wanted to see an OBGYN for those needs. She started to get agitated and proceeded to insist on performing these unecessary exams on me. So I kept telling her I do not want her to do them.

She told me to sit on the table so she could listen to my heart. She did just that then grabbed a gown tossed it on the bed and told me to get undressed. I was so shocked I couldn't say anything right away. She then grabbed my 1 year old child and took him out of the room even though I told her to stop and leave him with me. She proceeded to do the exam with no one else in the room.

I was in such disbelief and fear that I let her do a beast exam just so I could hurry and go find my son.

Please stay away from this doctor. She will use her position to take advantage of and abuse anyone she wants
