I purchased a 12,500 fake from this Jeweler and his wife in their place of business. It was a hurried transaction and didn't have time to check it out. Almost immediately after leaving the store realized it was a fake contacted the Jeweler and his wife to ask for our money back. They refused and threatened to call the police and attorneys. I even offered them $2,000 to take it back and they called the police. Very unscrupulous deceitful business practice. My wife and I just moved here and they took advantage of us. Would still like my money back. I'm happy to return the fake.

Totally bogus claim of fraud by this person against me and my business. This person bought a car from me after doing a professional inspection. Later he wanted to return the car and cancel his purchase. I already bought a new car so I wasn’t in a position to return his money. From there on, this person has threatened me, attacked me and my business good name and has harassed me continuously. His claim of me selling him a fake is complete bogus! How can a car be a fake?

I am surprised Ripoffreports even let this report go live. These are totally false claims agains me and my business. This person is attacking me and my business for unjustifiable reason. I listed my car for sale late April 2023 and this person showed interest in buying the car since they were moving to Maui sometime in late May. I did a video call walk through showing the car and every detail of cosmetic issues it had. A couple days later he concluded he wanted to buy the car from me after it is professionally inspected. He set up and appointment with a certified repair shop and after 1 hour of them doing a through check on the car including test driving it, they & #39;ve concluded the car to be of sound mechanical condition. The person got the report and decided to buy the car with a $500 good faith deposit of which he made through Venmo on May 1/2023. Our understanding was that he was moving here towards the end of the month and I was to keep the car for him until he has moved. I removed the car listing from Facebook marketplace and I kept the car for him for over a month. & nbsp;On June 6th 2023 we met to conclude the transaction. He test drove the car, was happy with the overall condition and decided to move forward with the purchase. A couple days after me made the transaction, he contacted me telling me that there are a couple issues which will cost around $460 to fix. I did a Venmo transfer to him to pay for these items to be fixed. & nbsp;A couple days after that he contacted me wanting to return the car. I already bought a new car so I wasn & #39;t in a position to buy it back. From there on, this person has threatened me, attacked my character and my business with 1 star review as being a thief and selling him a fake for $12500. This had nothing to do with him purchasing anything from my business but yet he has attacked my good name and reputation repeatedly to pressure and black mail me to buy back the car. I am not in the business of selling cars and this was my personal vehicle. I have called the police and reported him regarding his continued threats and attacks on my character and business and am pursuing a defamation case against him. I have been in business here for over 20 years with a stellar reputation and integrity as anyone can see through my 60+ only 5 star reviews on google. The fact that he claims he bought a fake from me is a lie. He is vindictive and unrealistic and I will do all in my power to protect my good name and reputation. He bought a car so how could it be a fake??? How can he say & nbsp;this was a hurried transaction when he had the car professionally inspected 1 month before arriving to Hawaii, (he choose the inspection place ) took it for a 10 minute test drive and decided to move forward with the purchase on his own choice??? & nbsp;
