Complaint Review: no more rack

no more rack sheryl, claimed to be a manager. called customer service. you will have to email. she kept repeating many times. you will have to email. she had southern drawl. hard to understand. new york, New York

his so-called manager was so rude, sheryl, that i was extremely upset.  i will never order from no more rack again.  i do not like being treated with absolutely no respect.  i have made a lot of orders to this company.  had problems 2 yrs. ago, not receiving orders.  on dec. 31 website advertised free shipping.  NOT SO!  i ordered a belgian wafflemaker, but no instructions came in delivery. email email them, but what the hell is customer service doing?  what a joke!
