Complaint Review: No No Hair Rmoval

Received the No No hair removal for a 60 day free trial.  On May 25th returned the NO NO, it didn't work.  I returned it on 5/25/16 via U. S. Postal Service to  the return address noted on the original shipping box.   I called No No/Radiancy on 7/25/16 (1 of many calls thereafter), since I didn't receive a confirmation of a refund to my account and was told by Mike on ext. 268 that the package was never received.  I advised him that the package was returned via United Postal Service and provided the tracking number.  Mike verified the tracking number is in their system,  but package was never received and a refund could not be processed.  As of this date I've paid $264.94 and no one will advise me of the cost of this product.  I contacted the USPS to verify if they could track the package and received  a letter with a tracking sheet that confirms that the package was picked up by Radiancy agent , UPS Mail Innovations on May 26, 2015. Telephoned Radiancy on 9/21/16 and advised an agent of the letter and was told the letter would not be of any use, since it doesn't indicate the location where the package was delivered and again, advised there wouldn't be a refund.  Thank GOD for PNC Bank who is doing their own investigation in this matter.
