Complaint Review: Lew Magram LTD.

No problem, It's on me! Lew Magram Catalog accepted my return along with the $100 purchase amount. Rip-off Lew Magram

Lew Magram catalog bombarded me with catalogs from week to week. Finally, I was in need of a dress to wear to a family wedding and I decide to make a catalog purchase. Of course the color is not as shown and the sizing guide is no real indication of the size of the garment either.

I had to make a return and pay shipping to return the item as well. I had already made the purchase on a credit card. Lew Magram had received payment and a returned dress.

I requested a refund and I was sent a certificate for the amount of the returned dress. However, the catalogs stopped coming and I had no way to reorder for the amount of the refund certificate.

According to their customer service representative, Lew Magram can not refund cash. Interestingly enough Lew Magram can easily accept a cash payment for nothing. I am left with a piece of paper with a dollar amount printed at the top and no dress for the wedding. Unfortunately, the certificate is not large enough to wear in place of the purchased dress.
