This has already been dealt with, I am afraid to say that person that posted this has been acting like a child that did not get their way. I set a time frame of 2 days to finish a project. This was extremely simple web design. PM told me that it could be done. Friday comes around and the project is still not finished. They now are saying they need more time. I extend this out another day. They agree that they will be finished.
Comes to Saturday, they are claiming they are having issues with logging in; I had checked the logs and they had not attempted to login or do any work. I do not hear from them as the project is still not finished. When Sunday rolls around, there is a group meeting between PM, Web Dev, and myself; They are now claiming it will take two more days. This is not good customer service. But.... this is where it gets really interesting.
I reposted the job on Sunday after the meeting, by Monday morning the project was completely wrapped up and finished, it only took a freelancer to complete these simple tasks without using any of the person posting this work, just 4 hours.
This has went to mediation and person posting this lost and I was refunded money, as work was not completed in the amount of time.
Now, I will say, that using the person that posted this and https://iwebb.co/ is not a wise decision as they take entirely too long with projects, are deceitful, and further more post lies on sites like this when they are held to their end of the deal and not complete it.
