no web site for payments
When I make a payment by phone I have to pay them for each of my mortgage payments. $10.00 each time.
When I am late for a payment even though I call them,they automatically start calling at 8 o'clock every morning,all through the day.
You can never get the division you want to talk to.
They tried to charge me $100.00 for a drive by appraisal. I told them to send me a document I had signed giving them the right to charge me,no document was sent. Yet everytime I make a payment they try to add that on.
January 31 is the legal time allowed to receive paper work for filing taxes. They never comply.

You expect your mortgage company to allow you to make payments over the phone, free of charge? It is not a free transaction for them, why should it be for you. They have to hire additional people to process the transaction, as well as pay fees to the banking institutions. If you want free mail it on time.
