Beware of this company.  They are scam artists.  They claim to send you a free trial where you only have to pay for shipping then randomly charge your card $70.00 without your knowledge if you fail to send the product back within some test period.  If you choose to order be prepared for a $70 charge to your card without your knowledge.  By the way I saw no results from the product after using for 2-3 weeks.  I work out 4-5 times per week and do not eat carbs six days per week.  I wish someone would have posted a report similar to this to educate consumers prior to me getting ripped off.

sad to see this company is still scamming people.it is even advertising on places like facebook now.

they took money out of my account 124 euros which is about 170 dollars, that is when i realised it was a scam,i rang their so called customer servvices which is an automated machine which gives you 2 options, subscribe or cancel.

they charge you for both.they took another 50 euros ( 70 dollars ) from my account.they are a disgrace,as are the companys like facebook who allow them to advertise.

so to summarise ,so far i have been charged 3 times for this supposed free sample.

1st 5 euro for poostage for free sample

2nd 125 euros for i dont know what

3rd 50 euros for cancelling.

so in total it has cost 180 euros for a one month sample of this product.disgusting.

they say that there is countless times where you can see what you will be paying but not only is that not true ,i only saw it when i realised it was a scam and went back to read the fine print.

Yeah I agree that this is a huge marketing scam. I read the terms of conditions, and it is not free in the longrun. I have never done a complaint before and I read about this and it made me so disgusted that such a thing is still happening. In the terms and conditions it says you will be charged the price of the bottle if you do not choose to subscribe to the monthly supply of it. So in other words, you pay for the bottle and have to tell them you are not interested otherwise you are technically subscribed and therefore subject to the monthly prices. Such a scam advertising it as free when you have to pay for it a month later. I hope there is a watchdog looking right at you NO2 maximus because you guys are a bunch of greedy cats who like scamming the consumer base you wish to attract for your product

Detailed documentation of our Terms and Conditions was available to the customer throughout the sales process which specified the Terms and Conditions of our offer.

Our offer terms are posted on every page of our website, including without limitation the homepage, the order page, and the order confirmation page.

When this customer made his purchase on our website, he affirmatively put a checkmark in the checkbox stating that he had read our Terms and Conditions, and agreed with our Terms and Conditions.

The product received by this customer was not defective and was accurately described. Detailed product descriptions and information were made available to the customer prior to final purchase.

In any event, this customer did call our customer service department toll free, spoke with one of our representatives, and we were able to settle this matter.
