Complaint Review: NoAdware

I purcased a license then attemted to down oad the program as directed, however, I found I could not install the it. I followed their instructions for an alternative installation, but I still could not install the program.


So I wrote their support site, decsibing the situation, and I got no response. I wrote again about a week later, -- still no response. It's been several weeks now: "NoReplyware"

It's not a lot of money lost, but I would have appreciated at least a note saying they couldn't help me.
