Complaint Review: Nobar Computers & Networks (AKA) Parts Components International Inc.

Bought a part on line at 1autobodyparts.com paid for the part with my visa/debit card and have never received the part. I have back up documents as evidence that my debit visa was billed. I have filled an IFCC complaint. I have contacted the Attorney General for Kentucky and California.

Please be warned in advance if you are dealing with or considering dealing with any of the following companies there is a very good chance you are about to be victimized. Parts Components International also known as Nobar Computers & Networks 7060 Hollywood Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90028 (323) 469-7800 is now operating one of the biggest Internet frauds ever to hit the net.

How the scam works

Mr. Nobar claims to be a distributor of wholesale auto parts he is actually a con man and a web designer.

If you visit any of his sites, the one that took me in was 1autobodyparts.com you will find an elaborate site offering parts for almost any vehicle make and year in existence and prices that seem much lower than even what you can find at a junk yard.

Once you order the price you will be contacted either by phone or email and told that the shipping on the part is extraordinarily high but still about what you would pay at any retail chain. If the item is hard to find like what I was looking for you still might bite like I did and agree to the price.

Your credit card / debit card or what ever else you might want to use is billed for the total amount within 24 hours. The promised part will never arrive because it never existed. You have just become a new victim of Mr. Nobars fraudulent operation.

When you first start calling about the part you will be told that its on back order or it will ship in a week but when you request a refund they will start hanging up on you or not responding to emails.


Mr. Nobar has a further scam which I guess is an effort to take some of the responsibility away from himself. At each site there is a offering for anyone that might want to become one of his vendors. He designs the site they become the front man / scapegoat by registering the site under their name. These people also become victims as well when their customers never receive the parts they have ordered and start calling demanding a refund that they will never get.

Please feel free to use any portion of this post on your website. I have already invested more time and money into trying to bring Mr. Nobar to justice than I had lost to begin with. As with all things it is the principal that matters.
