Nobel, Ltd Nobel.com Phone cards Automatically charged me...refused a refund HM 12 Hamilton Internet
I p[purchased minutes for over seas calling. Nobel automatically debited me to re-up the card. I called and said I did not want this option and could I please have a refund. The answer was a flat out NO! They would not even consider it.
