Placed order by phone for perscription drug to, according to them, was "Online Pharmacy". Before placing order, I asked for name of pharmacy & phone #, which they provided without hesitation. I informed him that I would call back if I decided to place order. I thought this would be a good way to find out if they were legit. WRONG ! ! !

I called back approx. 2 hours later. A female sales rep. answered. I asked to speak to Ron Williams, (this is who I spoke to earlier), and she let me speak with him.

Due to the facts; phone was answered in professional way (Online Pharmacy, this is Cindy, how may I help you" ?), I could also hear other sales reps. in backgound on phone with customers, phone # and Ron Williams name was legit, or appeared to be. Therefore, I placed the order.

Ron Williams informed me of COD shipping, (which I thought nothing of since I've ordered this way quite a few times with other online pharmacies & other unrelated products/companies). There was nothing unusual with the entire process. The entire process follows:

Placed order Wed., Nov. 28, 2007, received order #.
Got money order for amount of $355.00 (reasonable amount for my order).
Made payable to NOBILEX as instructed, (again, not unusual).
Order delivered by FedEx Thurs., Dec. 6, 2007 (this was normal amount of delivery time).
Signature was required, as with any perscription drug.
I signed for package and gave FedEx
money order.

Later that evening upon opening pagkage, I found a bottle of NON-PERSCRIPTION herbal supplement that I could purchase OTC all day for no more than $10.00.

I did as much as possible Thurs. night to get in touch with all parties, which was not much, due to late hours. Therefore, I started early Friday morning starting with Ron Williams, who informed me nothing could be done, no refunds or returns on PRESCRIPTION meds. I tried to reason with him, telling him this was not PRESCRIPTION med. Also, seal is still on bottle & bottle had not been opened. He replied, "Sorry for mistake, but nothing I can do". At this point, he HUNG UP.

After a few more calls to them, talking with a number of people, all with similar responses, I called phone # for NOBILEX distributors. I got answering machine and left message explaining entire ordeal, and requested call back. After a while with no call from them, I called back & left same message. Still, after all day, no call back from them.

Listed below is info I have, some of which I obtained via research online, and some on FedEx package waybill:

ONLINE PHARMACY
515- 205-1020 (this area code I found to be for several cities in NY after
online research).
CONTACT: RON WILLIAMS

NOBILEX (upon research, I found this to be a distribution center).
Shipping label states:
From - Origin ID: RTDA (305)808-3224
NOBILEX Payable to NOBILEX
8438 NW 66 Street
Miami, FL 33166 (This is number I called with answering machine greeting; NOBILEX distributing center, where I left messages).

Since all this, it popped into my mind that US PILLS was mentioned once during phone call with Ron Williams. I checked out website, it's 'under construction'.
