Complaint Review: Nobility Homes

Nobility Homes Prestige Home Center/Nobility Homes Unresolved multiple serious issues remain with the house with no attempt correct the issue I have been in contact with them by email since July 2014 and was told that it would be correct and now I am recieving no responce. Ocala Florida

I started contacting Nobility homes again on July 29th after Nobility had been out to my house in May to correct the problems we are having. On July 29, 2014 I told them the crack in my ceiling was back and that my carpet was starting to fray and that my dish washer was not working properly. I wanted to report this problem because I knew that my 1 year was coming up soon and that then I would have to pay a deductible for the problem to be fixed and I do not believe that I should. I was told that I was on the schedule but that they did not service my area so they were not sure when they would have someone out.

I was told by the salesperson to just pay the deductible and replace the carpet myself and they put cheap carpet in them anyways. I did not feel that after only having the house less than a year I should have to do any of that myself, I feel it is there responsibility.

I am now receiving no response from this company as to when there are going to correct the problems and stand behind their work.
