I register a poem on there contest and after I receved a letter telling me that my poem been selected to be publish and to paid 75.05$usd to noble house and that I will receved a book with my poem publish inside.
A year after I never receve the book I never receve a refund of 77.05$usd and I did many call at this number 410-356-2000 but after many call to reach them I finish by reaching the service customer and they toll me that I will be refund 1 year after but if they do that to 100,000 customer at 77.05$usd. to each person even if they give you a refund after one year ,they still playing with the money of the poeple to run there business.We can said that this a fraud in my oppinion they will refund you only if you reach them and if they are scare to be report about there scam.
They toll me one year after that they will refund me because they decide to not publish my poem but they play with the money of honnest poeple for 1 or 2 year and refund only the one that do a report.
But I still have not receved any refund back so far !
If we let them do what they are doing with out telling poeple that they been use as investor for there business with out receving money back or a book with there poem inside they make profit with are money 77.05$usd.
To all the one that as been scam with the same story please tell your story to stop them thanks!
