Noe Office leased me a digital duplicator in the summer of 2018 for a period of 5 years. That duplicator stopped working in early 2022. We asked for a tech to be sent out. Someone from the company was at our location for less than 5 minutes before throwing up his hands and saying he had no clue how to get it working. He said he would send someone else out - but no one ever showed. 

We have since contacted the company multiple times with no solution. We are currently paying $150 a month for a lease and service plan on a piece of equipment that is not working. Whats worse is that we are still stuck in this lease for another 13 months. 

I started this journey trying to get them to just fix it - but at this point I just want to wash my hands of this. I have requested they pick up the duplicator and cancel my lease - but there has been no response to date.
