Complaint Review: Noels Appliance Repair

I had my frig repaired by this company about one month ago. Today my frig is broke again. I had an appointment for someone to come out to try to fix it again a 4 p.m. no one showed up. I called them about 4:30 to see what was going on. The receptionist is very rude. I asked why I didn't get a call to be notified that they were going to be late, she said the repair guys call, I then asked her why they couldn't call and she said because they didn't have the number. Then she called back ten min. later to see if I still wanted someone to come out. THIS IS VERY BAD. I paid 140.00 to have my frig fixed and it still doesn't work. Why would I call to see if they were still coming. They should have been there the min I called.Also my food went bad....
