Complaint Review: NoFlame Ecig

After ordering the 2 week trail for the s/h cost i was charged 99.67 to the account i provided 1 day after recieving the product. After calling and talking to NoFlame over the hone they informed me that its not their fault it took so long to ship and that they cannot give out refunds since it was in the "terms and agreement that i read. Yes it was in very small text not the same size as the rest of the document and at about 3/4 down a loooong scroll bar. This company is swindling individuals who just want to quit smoking.  This is such a shame that this company gets away with this. the trial package i recieved is in no way valued at over 100 dollors barely 5 would easily pay for parts and labor.
