I decided to use this company as a software provider and thought the company was reasonable. Wrong! If you go to their website you would think that the fees you are paying for the software are the fees wrong again.

I contact the seller for a full refund and she told me she's not issuing a refund because she went through so much setting up the program. Initially I was told that she could not set up anything for me until she received the final payment (I have the emails to prove it. I can also so a screen shot of the actual emails). Now the next day after she received final payment was when I found out about the additional service fees associated with the program and that I would not get all the perks that I'm use to getting with any other tax preparation software.

I emailed her requesting a full refund because she did not disclose to me the additional service fees nor did her company state anywhere that they keep all bank processing fees for themselves along with the audit service fees. I told she that I'm going to report her and she told me that she does not care because her husband is an attorney and she'll just sue me for slander. Yet I have all the corresponding emails to prove she never disclosed to me the additional fees associated with using the program. 

I don't have full control of your back office as far as setting up my schedule fees I have to email them what I want to charge for the schedules. Their marketing program for the Free Android Tablet is bogus they charge a shipping and handling fee(s) of $59.00 when they purchase them wholesale for $38.00 - $50.00.  

They're charging me over the actual software providers fees http://www.simpletaxservices.net/ (actual software provider) this is No Limit Tax Refunds fees (visit website) http://http://www.nolimittaxrefunds.com . Plus they collect all the fees from the bank products my company does not receive any fees for processing the bank products or for the audit service fees. They get 20% of all tax preparation fees that my company process. 

They didn't allow me to sample the software to see if it's in the best interest for my tax office. There's no refunds, no disclosures of service fees, no refund policy, and you can't import your previous clients to there so call software. We have to purchase the signature pad and scanner out of pocket it is not included in the software and nor does it state it on their website that those items are needed.

In a nut shell my company did not receive anything from them; no marketing material and no software. Yet they refuse to refund my company money and release our efile information so that we can go with another software provider who's capable of offering a professional tax preparation software that disclose all fees associated with using their software.

Anyone who's think about using this company think about what you're really getting with this company, nothing! They're unprofessional and unreasonable when they knew they did not disclose anything to me. I was under the impression the cost of the software and the 20% was all that was going to them plus the so call setup of a T-moblie location (which I had to do myself because they don't have offices here in South Florida). And I still did not get a location. Again you get a whole lot of nothing for your money with this company. It's best to just purchase the Simple Tax Services software for your company.

Ms has filed a completely false allegation. !st and most importantly she never paid in full, she made 2 partial payments and even though we require payment in full before we set up offices, allow training and send marketing materials I allowed her office to be set up and allowed her to train. She had full and complete understanding of the fees involved. We review the fees at length in training and they are disclosed at time of sale. We never hide the fact that we are a service bureau and NOT a software company. It is very common for companies like ours to re-brand software with our company name. Even when doing that we disclose where the software comes from: Crosslink. Because we sell our services at a very low cost we are our fees when our clients produce bank product returns, this is how we make our money. Ms Lawrence is upset because she has buyers remorse and nothing more. We have nothing but very satisfied clients and our retention rate is extremley high. We do not issue refunds when the client has alrteady logged into their software, when their bank application has already been approved and when they have already gone through training. Although she was succesful in recieving a full refund it is not our company policy. In addition, it states very clearly that there are 3rd party fees that are paid by the consumer IN THE CONTRACT!
