The ad on line says that all products are NEW. I purchased a tablet for my daughter for $289.00. The box said "Refurbished". It did not work. I sent it back. NOMORERACK would not refund my money. This is theft clear and simple. The FCC should be all over this company as they use the internet to defraud people out of money. I would gladly lead the charge of a class action lawsuit.
