My name is Tommy Thompson from Albemarle, NC. I use or used Dasia.net as my Internet Service Provider. I had prepaid for a complete year of internet service which they failed to deliver. Dasia has given several different customers excuses why the internet isn't working. An employee at Dasia told Jerry Holt and Jason Bowers that someone cut a phone-line in the ground. Rick Bowers was told the phone company took the phone number away from them. A message on their machine, 1-888-305-2006, says they are moving out of Indian Trail to Charlotte, NC. My online friend David Preslar lives near Dasia.net and he went to see what they would tell him. They told my friend David that the phone company is making them look bad because they took the access numbers from Huntersville, Concord, and Stanley away from them. Dasia hasn't told the truth why they cut out our service and the way they avoiding their customers it seems they don't care.

I just want to warn others about Dasia.net's unsatisfactory service and non-delivery of goods. Dasia.net hasn't apologized to anyone that has been without internet for almost a month now. Many people I know has prepaid for services that Dasia.net is clearly not providing.
