This company does not give me my referrals when they sign up under my link on the site.  People have told me they signed up and I did not get credit for them.  I also did big promotions and did not get the referrals.  They do not like to pay or pay on time.  They are suppose to show my site on the surf bu do not show it.

They are letting strange people write and call in and give me  a bad reputation and freeze my site.  They are letting people redirect my link/URL and steal my signups.  They do not pay like they say. They not give me my sales and commissions.

If anybody can straighten them out please do. If anyone can arrange a class action lawsuit against them please do and inform all the people who join the site by email or snail mail about the class so they can get in to.  Also track their web activity to verify that this is true.  This is a strong assumption.  If I am wrong please excuse me but I am probably right. Please investigate this.
Keep me anonymous.
Thanks

That last report was very strange....

Let's pick it apart line by line:

"This company does not give me my referrals when they sign up under my
link on the site.  People have told me they signed up and I did not get
credit for them." - we have always told our affiliates if they feel they didn't get a genuine referral then the REFERRAL should come to us within 1 week of signing up and request to be made a referral of the affiliate in question. On that basis we always honour those requests as long as they aren't already a referral of another affiliate.

"I also did big promotions and did not get the
referrals.  They do not like to pay or pay on time" - both comments are unsubstantiated assertions. Again if they have any referrals they should have received then they should come to us directly. As for us "not liking to pay or pay on time", we have absolutely no way of knowing what the circumstances are, what specifically they are referring to or anything substantial! We treat all affiliates in exactly the same way, they get paid 20% of what their referral withdraws when that withdrawal is processed. The credit is done automatically so there is very little chance for abuse of the system.

"They are suppose to
show my site on the surf bu do not show it." - don't be surprised if this doesn't make sense to you because it makes absolutely no sense to us.

"They are letting strange
people write and call in and give me  a bad reputation and freeze my
site." - again, this comment is confusing because all of our affiliates promote NoPayPOKER on their own sites in their own time. We have no access nor do the players have any access to the affiliates site and the players certainly don't have access to any affiliates contact details. If this person attracts people via their site and then those people dislike any contact they make after that, well it isn't our problem!

"They are letting people redirect my link/URL and steal my
signups.  They do not pay like they say. They not give me my sales and commissions." - again, how can we redirect their links? Their links should be on their site under their control. This is plainly ludicrous. As for not giving sales and commissions again see above, it is another unfounded assertion where they have a way of addressing the situation if one exists.

My last comment would be to ask why has the plaintiff remained anonymous? NoPayPOKER provides free poker with real cash prizes. People cannot deposit or be exposed to any loss so it seems strange that this plaintiff has decided to block communications with the site.

I would request that the player/affiliate contacts NoPayPOKER support directly with a copy of this complaint and asks us to deal with it. My guess is that this person has done very little to address any of their concerns or perhaps has had responses before but doesn't accept them. Either way they need to discuss it further.
