Noracora Customer service dragged out my request for returning my items until the 15 days were over. Rayleigh,Essex
When my items arrived, some were made out of the worst material ever and just horrible looking. I did find 5 things I liked, and attempted to return the rest. Noracora does not give you a phone number to contact them, it is all through email. I requsted the return address from them right away, and didn't hear from them, even though I sent 2 emails everyday, for almost a week. They finally got back to me and insisted on me telling them what I wanted to return before they would do anything. I sent them pictures of the invoice, with items marked, but they kept repeating the same email, for me to send them a list of what I wanted to return. All I needed was the address to return them. they stopped replying to me emails once the 15 day return policy time was up. , Companies like this need to be put out of business, and stop ripping us off. I spent 287.00 with Noracora, and was trying to return 180.00 of the garbage they sent me. Now I'm stuck with it.
