This is about NordicTracks X7i Incline Trainer



This machine did not last more than 7 months for us.  No heavy use.  Sears had problems with it before we bought it.  We decided to buy direct from NordicTrack and they had the same problems with it.  Now 7 months later we have a $2K towel holder. NordicTrack Support is not even willing to send a technician to investigate.



The machine failed calibration 50% of the times and needs to be powered down and back up again. Same thing happened at Sears.  Same thing was happening when we ordered the machine direct from NordicTrack and we were assured the problem had been resolved.



When it works, it's a nice machine.  However, it did not last. Customer support will keep asking questions until they can find a reason to claim your warranty has been voided.
