Norelco Refund Program is a Scam!
If you purchase a Norelco shaver and are unhappy with it they claim that they will refund your purchase price if you return the shaver to them. I did send back a shaver as I did not care for the way you had to seperately attach the beard trimmer to the shaver.
They were suppose to send me $128.39 but they have not done this. They also have not answered my letter asking why there was a delay. They now have the shaver (sent via insured mail return receipt) and I am out the $128.39!!!
So be careful about this company they DO NOT live upto their word about refunding the price of returned items! Will Harris
